The ‘Pianoforte’ Scoring Event (ended)

The Pianoforte Scoring Event

This event is officially over. Thanks to everyone who participated and congratulations to the winners! See you all in our next event.

WINNERS

Three winners in no particular order:

WINNER: https://soundcloud.com/.../small-piano-concerto-in-d-minor by Max Juras

“I am a Jazz pianist from the beggining but I have always dreamed of playing with a full orchestra. And when software libraries have come so far in realism I said to myself that it would be nice to write a piece where I "kind of" get the feeling of playing with a real orchestra:) Hope you like the track!”

Max’s work can be heard here: https://soundcloud.com/maxjuras

WINNER: https://soundcloud.com/marclawsonmusic/stairway-to-dreams by Marcus Lawson

“Romantic, orchestral filmscore track that begins with simple piano motif and climbs its way to a fulfilling climax.”

Marcus’ work can be heard here: https://soundcloud.com/marclawsonmusic/

WINNER: https://bit.ly/3sfEbhf - By Silas Toball

"Chasing God Particles on a Sunny Afternoon" is a concerto for orchestra, choir and pianoforte plus cinematic embellishments. It is written in a melange of contemporary styles, some influences from the minimalists but on the whole much more 'maximalist'.

The piece invites us on a journey into the cosmic vastness of our inner soul.

Hi!

Welcome to our first social event ‘The Pianoforte Scoring Event’! Share your composition with us and participate in the giveaway of our upcoming ‘Pianoforte’ library!

We’re sure this year has had an emotional impact on everyone, for that reason, we’d love for you to share with us any of the compositions you’ve created! By simply sharing your music with us, you will have the chance to get a free copy of our upcoming ‘Pianoforte’ or a discount for it!

What is ‘Pianoforte’?

Pianoforte is our upcoming Grand Piano library, it is the first Grand Piano to be Sampled, Mixed and Delivered in Ambisonics (a Stereo version is also included).

Pianoforte is a beautiful sounding Fazioli F212, we chose this Piano as our first grand because of its amazing sensitivity and incredible sonic clarity. We went out of the ordinary to make this a unique product intended to cover all your needs, thanks to using not only conventional microphones, but also several Ambisonics microphones that helped us create multiple realistic three-dimensional perspectives.
